CD70 is a member of the TNF superfamily.1,2
- CD27, a TNF receptor family member, is its sole receptor.1,2
Under normal physiological conditions, CD70-CD27 signaling promotes T-cell activation, survival, and differentiation.1
Although CD70 expression is limited in healthy tissues, aberrant and sustained CD70 upregulation is observed in various hematologic and solid malignancies, including renal cell carcinoma and B-cell and T-cell lymphomas.1,2
